11.5.16 Kristin + Dustin

Almost one year of Saturdays ago, Kristin & Dustin exchanged vows under the oaks of Up the Creek Farms. A fall themed wedding, it was an exquisite celebration with bold colors throughout. We are delighted to share the photos by Kati Rosado Photography of the big day!

The details – from the invites to Kristin’s accessories – had beautiful reds, oranges, and maroons paired with metallics such as rose gold and yellow gold. The invitation suite sets the tone for the entire mood of the wedding – and this suite shows this celebration was going to be classic & pretty!

Kristin’s gold detailing on her dress and in her chic flats complimented Dustin’s soft-gold hued tie and khaki suit. Apart these two were looking amazing… but wait until together! ♥♥

Violets in Bloom designed the bouquets and floral arrangements throughout! We are loving the use of red, maroon, and white to compliment the fall season in such a classy way. The hints of gold followed through the tall, oversized goblets holding such gorgeous arrangements accenting the aisle. After the ceremony, these were then re-purposed inside the boathouse during the reception!

From the walk down the aisle to I Do’s to first kiss as husband and wife! Congratulations to Kristin & Dustin! Could not have asked for more perfect weather & a more pretty ceremony.

These two have true love written all over them – they are perfect together & such a gorgeous pair!

The guest book style chosen sealed the decor – guests wrote their names on a leaf of a large tree representing their growing family trees. What a great use of doilies as well, as backing for the escort table cards – continuing the hints of golds and metallics.

Awwwww the sweetness! At Up the Creek Farms, we are particularly biased towards honey favors, it is one of our favorites! After all, Up the Creek Farms is home to a bee keeper and his hive on the private side of the property. ? One can never have enough honey – such a fun takeaway for guests.

This cake! From the fall leaves, to the initials “carved” into the tree, to the lovebirds – we LOOOOOVE it! Hats off to Candice at Best Little Cake House who created this incredible cake. This was literally the icing on the cake of the theme of the wedding, the cake was perfect.

It was by far a perfect day & we wish Kristin & Dustin the very best!
