What do yellow wildflowers, magnolia garland and ficus trees all have in common? They all got to be apart of Melinda and Russell’s April wedding! We loved getting to see the Boathouse filled with greenery. When the ficus trees were delivered before the event it gave the space a living feeling (the trees were amazing, head to Rockledge Gardens if you are in the market for a ficus or two!) and brought the outside in along with the wildflower inspired centerpieces. Love song lyrics gave music to the table numbers and a sitting area set by Crystal & Crates invited guests to relax and catch up.
Melinda carried lace on her bouquet from her Grandmothers wedding dress and she and Russell literally “tied the knot” during their ceremony! We love the look of the church pews and wedding benches for the guest seating. After the beautiful ceremony under our Cathedral of Oaks the party began! A surprise photo booth for the bride left some great lasting memories and a sweet last dance alone in the boathouse was the cap to their perfect day!
