How to Personalize Your Cocktails
Are you looking to add a personal touch to your cocktail hour? Why not include a signature drink or two! Spice up the drink selection with a favorite drink of yours, a themed cocktail, or something to sip on that complements the season. This can be done with any bar setup, full liquor, beer + wine and even non-alcoholic! For those of us who can’t make up their minds when they get to the bar window this is an easy way to keep the line moving – or you can have them butler passed for even more of a presentation! Serve them just during cocktail hour and then move to only beer + wine to help with the cost, or keep them going all night long.
Our signature drink here is the aptly named “Boathouse Bellini”!
We pair champagne with San Pelligrino’s Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange) for a refreshingly bubbly spin on a traditional Mimosa. The ratio all depends on the day!
Let us help get the mind going with some of our seasonal favorites!
Mix thawed frozen pink lemonade concentrate, light beer and vodka (bartenders will love this pre-mixed drink!). Serve over ice & garnish with a sprig of lavender & raspberry.
This recipe from Sugar and Charm sums it up perfectly! Mix the sweet tea (homemade OR pre-made…we will not judge if gallon jugs of Publix sweet tea come in!) with the bourbon of your choice. Serve over ice and garnish with mint – refreshing perfection!
A twist on the Bourbon Sweet Tea perfect for fall! Mix the tea with apple pie infused bourbon & a little fresh lemon juice, pour over ice and top with club soda. A slice of apple and a cinnamon stick to complete!
Ginger flavored vodka paired with apple cider & ginger beer is giving us all the fall feels from Sugar and Charm!
A simple mix of pear juice and ginger simple syrup (that can be made ahead and mixed) pairs perfectly with champagne, prosecco from Sweat Peas and Saffron has excited to ring in the new year and newlyweds!
This one will take a tad bit of work on the front end but well worth it!
The saying may go April showers bring May flowers but we are perfectly ok with having a mix of dark rum, ginger beer and a squeeze of lime juice at a wedding. Just make sure you bury the bourbon!
This mix of frozen limeade, fresh strawberries, basil leaves and tequila is a spring cocktail hours dream! Designate someone to make this the day before and let it sit overnight for a quick and easy pour.
