A Lavender Fairy Tale Wedding
On April 6, 2018, two beautiful people joined the Up the Creek Farms Family. Lexie and Tim were married on a Friday afternoon under the iconic oaks of Up the Creek Farms in a beautiful lavender themed fairy tale wedding. Up the Creek Farms’ beautiful property was nothing compared to this gorgeous couple. These two look like celebrities right out of a magazine. From their modern rustic style to their smiles, they are a perfect, handsome match.
Before the ceremony, Lexie enjoyed a strawberry and champagne toast with her favorite ladies in the boathouse dressing room. The bridal party received customized gifts! They’re truly useful keepsakes that allow the bridesmaids to remember the day for years to come. The ring box for Lexie and Tim’s wedding rings was a very special detail of the day. You can never have enough trinkets to keep your jewelry secure, but this one tops them all!
Buds Etc. designed the floral arrangements for the day. Lexi’s bouquet alone was a piece of art! We love the garlands of greenery that accented both the ceremony decor and the reception tables. The sweetheart table was stunning – a special spot for the blushing bride and groom!
The celebration included a delicious dinner by A Chef’s Touch under starry string lights. The couple’s stunning lavender themed reception kicked off with Italian Wedding Soup – a venue favorite! Fresh cod stuffed with crab, shrimp, and lobster was one of the main entrees – delicious! Finally, the meal ended with, of course, a heavenly semi-naked 2-tier wedding cake. Perfection!
Lexie and Tim gave s’mores for wedding favors with a playful message that said “Sending you Smore Love”. The newlyweds said goodbye with a standout sparkler exit. And with that, they were off to start the new adventure! Congratulations to this stunning couple, we wish you all the best!
